Tell us a bit about your background
Originally from Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, found myself moving to Limerick in 1994 (via a few years studying Commerce in UCD) where I have remained ever since. I trained in BDO and, prior to Titan have held a variety of Senior Finance positions across a range of businesses.
What do you do at Titan?
I am responsible for managing the finances at the company. At a high level, managing AR, AP, payroll, cashflow, banking relations and everything in between.
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
I am the numbers guy….
What’s your favourite thing about your job
The variety. Each day brings about its own set of challenges. Outside of the daily, weekly and monthly set tasks that need to get done, being part of, and contributing to, a SLT that embraces opportunity and seeks to provide innovative solutions for its’ customers is exciting in every sense.
What was your favourite subject in school, and why?
Accountancy (boring)…things balanced so you knew you were on the right track (or not!!)
What are the values that drive you?
Hard work, trust, fairness and generosity (I can’t stand meanness)!!!

“Pick your battles, some are worth losing”.

Chowder, brown bread and Guinness.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I like to keep active outside of work…it’s good for the mind…I play a bit of tennis and do a bit of running and cycling…but nothing fanatical…
